The suburb of Kwale, Delta, Nigeria

At the end of April 2021, Solartech SPMD series 350W direct drive solar pumping system was successfully installed in a natural gas production industrial zone in the suburb of Kwale, Delta, Nigeria. The solar water pump system is used to provide drinking water and domestic water for employees in the industrial zone.

Solartech SPMD series 350W solar direct drive submersible pump system with built in controller, only needs one solar panel for power supply. Under the lift of 17 meters, the average daily water supply is about 6 cubic meters.

Compared with the diesel engine water pumping system commonly used by the project owner, this SPMD direct drive solar borehole pump system not only saves a considerable amount of fuel and maintenance costs, but also reduces the noise in the industrial area, creating a good working environment for employees during production.
