Solar direct drive pump is a kind of water pump that can be directly driven by solar energy. The pump is directly connected to the PV modules which can absorb solar energy and convert it into DC electrical energy. The built-in inverter convert the DC power produced by PV modules to three-phase AC power to drive the pump, it adjusts the speed of the pump in real-time according to the solar radiation to implement the maximum power point tracking (MPPT).
