Solartech Agricultural Solar Pumping System Show Up at the 11th International Water Conservancy Advanced Product Promotion Event

At the invitation of the promotion center of China Water Conservancy Advanced Technology Ministry, Solartech attended the Eleventh International Water Conservancy Advanced Technology Promotion Event with its agricultural solar pumping system on March 28, 2014 in Beijing. 
 
The promotion event, was hosted by Water Conservancy Ministry International Cooperation and Technology Department, and was conducted by Water Conservancy Ministry “948” Project Management Office, which aims at the successful holding of the 2014 annual international water conservancy advanced technology introduction and domestic water conservancy practical technology promotion. The technology shown in the promotion event is what the domestic water conservancy development need most, has specific intellectual property and good performance. These newly developed strong and reliable products, materials, technologies in domestic and overseas in recent years has strong applicability and wide promotional application prospect. During the event, Solartech is invited to make presentation and demonstrated its patented high-tech solar agricultural pumping system. It’s known that as early as in 2011, Solartech solar pumping system was successfully being selected into the National Water Conservancy Ministry Products Catalogue.

On behalf of Shenzhen Solartech, Mr. Hu Minhao, the vice general manager of Solartech gave a speech with the theme of “Solar Pump and Water-saving Irrigation in the Area where Lack of Electricity”. As per Mr.Hu, agricultural solar irrigation system can effectively solve the problem of water supply such as in water conservancy irrigation, desert control, grass husbandry, rural safe drinking water and uncultivated land development globally. According to Solartech’s 14 years practical experience, if 1GW solar energy can be utilized with solar pumping technology, it is able to irrigate 5 to 10 million mu of dry land and help increase the grain yield by at least 20%, which will surely push the industry development, including solar water saving irrigation system supporting facilities and solar panels manufacturer markedly.                                             
According to Mr. Hu’s introduction, Solartech solar pumping system can make full use of solar energy technology to solve the agricultural problems, village drinking water problems etc. The initial cost of solar pumping system is much less than the setup of grid power system, and its comprehensive cost is less than diesel pumping system after three years operation. And the stable operation of water supply system will play a positive role in promoting the development of agriculture, forestry and husbandry industry, improving the environment and ensuring the social stability.

The speech by Mr. Hu about solar pump and water saving irrigation in the area without electricity won masses of warm applause. Water conservancy experts and leaders like Xiechongbao---the vice general engineer from IWHR, Han zhenzhong--the general engineer from Development Centre of China Irrigation and Drainage, Guo Huibin--the Chief Engineer Office Director and vice general engineer from Development Centre of China Irrigation and Drainage, commented on Solartech’s solar agricultural pumping system technology and communicated with Mr. Hu whose speech gave the experts and companies present a more comprehensive understanding of Solartech products.

Experts and representatives expressed their confidence and affirmation to Solartech solar pumping system. Gong shihong, the professor and chief engineer from IWHR said, the concept of solar agricultural water conservancy and solar pumping irrigation system is very useful and can help solve the problems of energy, shortage of water and electricity and irrigation power supply fundamentally. Guo huibin added that as the advanced practical technology, solar agricultural pumping system has a wide application, and he put forward high request and high standards for the future research development to Solartech company, and he pointed out that during the progress of products research and production, practical problems related to people’s vital interests like product economical efficiency, facility capacity, irrigation water amount must be taken into consideration. 
 
This is the fourth time that Shenzhen Solartech has been invited to attend the water conservancy product promotion event since its eighth international water conservancy product promotion event in April 2011. As the advocate of agricultural solar water conservancy, Solartech are always being active in responding to the country’s call and has been dedicating to the research of system application of photovoltaic agriculture water conservancy, to push the development of economy and low carbon industry. Though the practice in the past years, it has been proved that Solartech solar pumping solution is of great practical significance to three rural issues, desert control and pasture issues in respect of economy, society, and environment etc.
