“Investigation at Kashi” team from Shenzhen Nanshan District government, leading by deputy district head Ji Zhen visited Kashi for project” solar water conservancy” on Oct, 21th,2012. The Investigation team members include deputy district head Ji Zhen, District Economy Development &Promotion Bureau Deputy Commissioner Lian Cong, City Science &Technology Expert Commission Officer &Director Gui Quanhong, City Science &Technology Expert Association President Kong Xusheng and some outstanding enterprise representatives.

 

During the 3-day investigation, the team has visited ShenKa Avenue, Kashi Shenzhen Town, Shenzhen Industry Park, Kashi City Plan Pavilion. The Investigation team has held a promotion proseminar of “Solar Water Conservancy” with Shenzhen Sponsoring Xinjiang Command Post, the related departments from Kashi Economy Development District Land Plan &Construction Bureau. In this meeting, Kashi Municipal Party Committee standing member, Deputy Mayor Xiao Dongyu introduced the land usage, development target &principal and ten preferential policies for Kashi Economy Development District which set up by Central Government in May 2010. At present, Kashi is speeding up all infrastructure construction including ShenKa Ave. Many High-Tech enterprises have settled down in the development district and investment invitation is being implemented in all respects.
