In February 2021, Shenzhen Solartech 2.2kW AC Solar Deep well pumping system was successfully installed in a ranch in Uruguay. The system uses SPB42K2070 solar water pump. Total head is 40 meters, daily water flow is 70,000lts. The submersible pump is driven by solar energy to pump water into the tank and store it for daily drinking of cattle and sheep.

Compared with traditional diesel/electric water pumps, it runs fully automatically without manual guards, no need storage batteries, and also saves fuel and maintenance costs. It not only guaranteed the income of herdsmen, but also promoted the development of modern agriculture and animal husbandry in Uruguay.
